Buy your favorite TMNT Nike Dunks

Buy your favorite TMNT Nike Dunks
Sideview Customs customized a pair of Nike Dunks with a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles theme for a client recently. The designer highlighted the TMNT Nike Dunks at the Nike Talk post linked here. Rather than using the four members of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Sideview went a different route that proved to be a smart decision in hindsight.

The TMNT Nike Dunks use the orange-clad Michelangelo for inspiration. Every fan of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles knows that Michelangelo was the goof ball who was keeping the crew laughing between missions. Sideview painted eyes on the Nike swoosh to look like Michelangelo after cracking a bad joke. The sole and heel are painted orange to match the headband worn by the turtle/comedian.

Sideview went beyond the orange headband to design custom Dunks that a fan of the Turtles would love. On the heel, the designer added TMNT in green lettering to let the uninitiated know what these shoes represent. The turtle shell design on the toe shows that Sideview Customs can get the job done even when it comes to heroes in a half shell.
I wrote about the third generation of Jason Nike Dunks by Mizzee Customs in yesterday’s post. The designer went back to the beginning of the story line to create this final version. If you like what you see, you can get in touch with Mizzee Customs at mizzeecustoms@aol.com to get your own hot customs.

The premise of the Jason Dunks 4.0 is that Jason Voorhees is chasing after a teenage girl in the forest. We see the potential victim of Jason’s murderous rage hiding behind some foliage on the outside right shoe and inside left shoe. When we take a look at the interior of the right shoe, we see Jason emerging from the darkness to strike his prey. The outside of the left shoe was painted to say “Friday the 13th” to honor the classic horror flick.

On the Jason Dunks 3.0, Mizzee Customs spared the color to focus on the gruesome details of Jason’s latest attack. The fourth and final installment in the Friday the 13th series by Mizzee takes this simple use of color to the next level. The designer’s use of red on the teenager’s lips and Jason’s mask along with the purple soles make these Dunks stand out. JBF Customs ventured into the world of fabric design with the HighRoad Dunk Lows. While the designer used new materials on his latest Dunks, we can still see some of the signature elements of a JBF Customs shoe. I found these photos at JBF’s Nike Talk post linked here.

JBF stitched some gray fabric around the toe and middle panel using red and blue thread. On the middle panel, the designer resorted to colorful abstract images that he has used in previous shoes. The swirls of blue, red and green play off the white Nike swoosh and the gray fabric to create a dynamic piece of sneaker art.

I am always impressed by JBF’s ability to turn basic shapes and colors into fantastic customs. The HighRoad Dunk Lows are impeccably designed and neatly finished to exceed the client’s expectations. The HighRoad Dunk Lows prove that JBF Customs can move one step forward into new materials without sacrificing quality.

How to buy cheap Autopsy of the Nike Dunk Pro SB

How to buy cheap Autopsy of the Nike Dunk Pro SB
Throughout skateboarding’s history, Nike SB kicks have always been part of it. Words from our source:
“Since the Nike Dunk initially launched in 1985, very few modifications have been done to it. Other than the insertion of a padded tongue and a Nike Zoom Air-sole unit in the heel that Nike SB gave it in 2002, most changes have been minor. But with the ten year anniversary of Nike SB approaching, the brand set out to give the shoe a makeover and improve on its already impeccable lineage: giving it a better gripping outsole; more board feel with better cushioning; improving fit and eliminating pressure points. The Dunk Pro SB will be available January 2011. For more info about the Dunk Pro SB visit Nikeskateboarding.com this December.”
Soon, kicksaholics will experience the Haroshi art in every Nike Dunk Hi sneaker. The known skateboard deck artist Haroshi collaborated with Nike to create this colorful, wood-looking Dunk Hi. Inset is Nike’s CEO, Mark Parker, holding the Haroshi art inspired Nike Dunk Hi sneaker. More images and release date will come in the next few days, so stay tuned.
A few things just get much better with age, or at least that’s what some individuals choose to believe. It’s certainly true when speaking about a great wine or a stinky cheese, that the longer it sits around, the better and a lot more complex the taste will get. When it comes to sneakers though it actually all depends. If you’re talking about a long time after the footwear is launched then it can undoubtedly obtain some appeal, but too much time before it ever gets released can simply make fans antsy. Today we are going to take a look at an illustration of the latter with this Nike SB Dunk Loon.
This sneaker has been years in the making but it will finally be releasing. It’s going to come in white leather and black suede and is going to be highlighted by bright green too. The most significant component will likely be the speckles featured throughout.

Nike Skateboarding has unleashed another new colorway in their Nike Dunk SB model. Looking at this latest SB, it features great color combination of obsidian, tan and red that made it an eye-catching kick. The shoe offers an obsidian quarter panel and ankle along with a nice blocking making the heel and toe done in a tan suede material which totally compliments the gum outsole. Red accents were generously applied on shoe laces, Nike swoosh, and inner lining. And finally, a clean white midsole completes this Nike Dunk SB which helped in making one of best colorways we have seen this year.
Joining the rush of sneaker releases this season, Nike Dunk High in Deep Garnet colorway is now available in the US. Last month, we spotted overseas the Dunk Low CL in Deep Garnet suede covers where this Dunk High kick draw most of its look. However, this Dunk High kick has canvas uppers working on Deep Garnet, unlike the suede covers of the Dunk Low. Details of dark grey suede nicely sits on the toe, midfoot, foxing and Swoosh. Check the following images after the break. $80.
It was just recent when we witnessed the Nike Women’s Dunk Low set in anthracite, club purple and vivid pink. Each of them looks really nice. It all has a multi color bottom sole and some monochromatic leather uppers. Here as the successor, we have the WMNS Nike Dunk High Black, Vivid, Pink White featured for this entry.
It has a predominant black leather base with a heel panel that glistens and is filled with metallic accents along with vivid pink in the toe box. These can be seen also on the swoosh and the tag branding on the tongue. It also has an ubiquitous white midsole that simply rest on the black bottom sole. This is certainly on the way to the retailers’ shops and you can grab a sure pair in a store called Shelta in Sweden.
The ladies would surely love this especially if they are ever fanatic supporters of Nike!

Discount Nike SB x Brooklyn Projects Dunk Low – Release Info

Discount Nike SB x Brooklyn Projects Dunk Low – Release Info
We’ve been dropping info on these dunks since December but now we’ve got the news you’ve all been waiting for. Its been a long time coming but Brooklyn Projects will be releasing their take on Nike SB’s Dunk Low tomorrow Febuary 28 at there three stores. If your not in or near LA or Tokyo, you’ll have a chance to get yours later in March when they hit select SB retailers.
JBF created the Kaboom! Nike Dunks for a client who wanted to give his kid some nice customs. The Kaboom! Nike Dunks balance simple colors with complex design, a trademark of JBF’s work. I found these photos at the Nike Talk post linked here.

If you start your examination of the Kaboom! Dunks from the heel, you may not think much of these customs. With the exception of a pair of pink pupils emerging from the black panel, JBF left the back half of the Kaboom! Dunks clean. The designer focused his attention on the eyelets and toes, setting off some artistic explosions around the white toe box.

JBF used jagged black lines to create the shock waves surrounding pink/white flash points. Instead of setting off a few simple explosions, JBF overlapped the shock waves to simulate all-out war. The designer’s use of subtle colors like black, gray and white allowed the pink flash points stand out. The Kaboom! Nike Dunks demonstrate JBF’s ability to make sophisticated sneakers without resorting to wild colors and crazy graphics.
Self-titled sneaker freaker Daniel Reese has created dozens of hot customs under the label Brass Monki UK. My favorites from Brass Monki are the Neon Tetris Dunks, a four-pack of sneakers inspired by the classic video game Tetris. I found this photo at the Brass Monki Facebook page linked here.

The unifying element among all four pairs of Neon Tetris Dunks is the blur of colorful blocks on the middle panel. Reese used block colors like orange, magenta, light blue and yellow when designing the upper heels and toe boxes. The designer went as far as to paint the soles and switch out the shoe laces to match each sneaker’s distinct pattern. The Neon Tetris Dunks are fantastic examples of the small details that need to be addressed when creating sneaker art.

The Neon Tetris Dunks are not available for sale at this point but the Brass Monki brand is growing by the day. Reese likes to work on one-off customs that set his clients apart from fellow sneaker freakers.
D@ Prince Customs had a problem adding a label to his No Name Dunks. The designer was asked by a client in California to employ bright colors and wild designs for a special 20th birthday present. I found photos of the No Name Dunks at the D@ Prince MySpace page linked here.

The base Nike Dunk for this project featured a simple black/blue/white colorway that is difficult to imagine after seeing the No Name Dunks. The most noticeable feature on these customs is the pink on the laces, toe and heel. D@ Prince used turquoise for the heel tag and the toe box as a cooler alternative to the bright pink.

D@ Prince continues to earn his reputation for dynamic sneakers with the No Name Dunks. I am a big fan of the black/turquoise print on the middle panel, which must have taken a long time to get right. After looking at the No Name Dunks a few times, I can see why D@ Prince had a tough time naming these shoes. The No Name Dunks are one of a kind and brilliantly designed, defying labels and explanation. One look at these mids and you could have guessed the title. Yes, the Sea Crystal colorway will return again this time on a mid. The color way was first made famous on a 2004 (SB) Dunk Hi, and then returned late last year on a pair of (SB) Blazers. Now the famed colorway returns again in 2008 on a Mid. The Mid made of a compelety suede upper except the black swoosh will hit retailers sometime this Summer.

Hot sale cheap Incredible Hulk Nike Dunks

Hot sale cheap Incredible Hulk Nike Dunks
Custom designer THIRST took on the Incredible Hulk in his latest sneaker art project. THIRST offers a close-up look at the Hulk’s green skin after the transformation of mild-mannered Bruce Banner in these Nike Dunks. Instead of phoning in a simplistic design based on this popular Marvel character, THIRST used the Incredible Hulk Nike Dunks to focus on his raw power.

The toe, eyelet and collar are painted green to simulate the Hulk’s skin. THIRST added veins and sinews on these sections to separate his Dunks from the competition. The designer used gray punctuated with black lines on the middle panel to simulate the broken concrete that suffered during Banner’s transformation.

My favorite part of the Incredible Hulk Nike Dunks is the distressed purple denim used on the tongue and ankle wrap. THIRST’s commitment to distressing and stitching this denim to his custom Dunks takes these shoes to the next level. The Incredible Hulk Nike Dunks expand on traditional views of this character, showing his brute force with the consequences of his rage.
This Nike Dunk Dunk High features royal blue on the toe and outsole, while the upper is all covered with black suede. The blue section in front also has a tonal pattern which quickly attracts the eyes and adds an interesting touch to the design.

The Nike dunk is one of the venerables of the footwear scene. Its resiliency in the face of changes in attitudes and eras is well-known to all sneaker lovers. In this black/blue design we see this regenerative power brought to life in the ever-creative minds of Nike’s designers.

This one could never be made more complex; everything about it is in the right place, every detail is proper, nothing too much or too little. We love this kind of attitude, and we’d love to meet you at Limited EDT as we cope our own pair of these.

TTK was asked to make a pair of custom Nikes for Jabee, an up-and-coming rapper from Oklahoma City. The Submerged Touch Nike Dunks was TTK’s effort to play around with different color profiles from past sneakers like the Obama Blazers. I think that the designer was successful in creating a unique sneaker for Jabee without sacrificing any of his artistic integrity.

The Submerged Touch Nike Dunks depend on the precarious balance between two very different patterns. We can see the black/gray pattern on the heel wrap, toe and eyelets which is modeled after the imprint of a fingerprint. The black/teal striped pattern running from the middle panel to the heel tag adds flares of color to these custom Dunks.

TTK’s latest customs do justice to the rap style and skills of Jabee the Rapper. If you want to get in touch with TTK for your own customs, you can reach him at gottkgo@yahoo.com. While the patterns used on the Submerged Touch Nike Dunks may not be conventional, I think that TTK is showing that designers should break away from convention when given a wide berth by clients.

2010 new The Truth Nike Dunks

2010 new The Truth Nike Dunks
YoaKustoms was asked by a Boston Celtics fan to customize some Dunks in honor of Paul Pierce. The result is the The Truth Nike Dunks which feature a detailed image of Pierce holding up his jersey after a great play. I found The Truth Dunks at the YoaKustoms Customsnkr.com blog linked here.

The exteriors of the left and right shoes are mirror images of Paul Pierce celebrating by putting his thumbs under his jersey. Pierce’s images are framed by green Nike swooshes and collars to match the team colors. YoaKustoms finished off the Celtics theme on the exteriors by painting white three-leaf clovers on the toes.

YoaKustoms painted “The Truth” in green block letters near the heels on the interior sides of both shoes. The lettering stands out from the white background with the help of two thick lines above “Truth.” While the Boston Celtics have flagged a bit at the end of the regular season, Pierce will live up to this nickname once the NBA Playoffs begin. The Truth Nike Dunks will help this Celtics fan enjoy the playoffs in style.
Here is a look at Nike SB’s April 2009 releases. The highlight of this months release is the Un-Heavens Gate Dunks. Accompanying the Purple and Black Dunk Highs are the Grant Taylor Blazers, a pair of low top Blazers, Justin Brock Dunk Mids, Bred Zoom Tres, and last Teal Classics. If you see something you like check with your local Nike SB dealer, they may have already released.

This pair is all about green, Bright, deep, full and mesmerizing green that catches the eyes immediately with it power and purity. Only Nike could have expressed so much with such a simple color, and such a simple touch. We are impressed, and it is not because we are impressed easily.

This pair follows the tradition of the Nike Dunk Lows that we had examined previously in these pages. With woven side panels, and the combination of green and white for purposes of contrast, we have a spectacular sample that screams power in elegance, beauty in simplicity as its motto.

The pair will be available at Size?, and we don’t think that you’re gonna risk losing your chance of obtaining a pair of this opulence. Go catch them as soon as possible, you won’t be dissapointed!

Discount new Nike Dunk High + Low – Fall ‘09 Preview

Discount new Nike Dunk High + Low – Fall ‘09 Preview
The promise from Nike is that there will be a number of Dunk releases for summer. The Nike Dunk will feature an interesting and exciting combination of materials including suede and nylon,
as depicted in the pictures above. The impression we get is that Nike is preparing for a complete overhaul of the Dunk design this year, with a number of new and superior creations enriching the dunk palette of the master designers.

The strongest aspect of these pairs is the colorful and sturdy sole and heel which emphasize the legendary tradition without appearing boring and banal. We wouldn’t expect anything else from the master designers, but this work of art is an achievement that would easily put Michelangelo to shame. That’s why a few teardrops moist our cheeks as we appreciate this beauty.
Sound the alarms! Since the Invasion of Iraq in 2003, the world has not seen a greater threat to peace and calm. This time, the supreme geniuses of Nike have created such a bombshell that when it drops, several nuclear explosions of megaton scale will shake the earth. It is time for the authorities to take action against the great peril the well being of mankind is facing due to the creation of this extremely limited edition pair.

When this incredible combination of the Nike Dunk High theme with the X-Box legend becomes a reality, we’re afraid that the resulting tsunamis of sneakerhead waves will swallow the universe and bring the end of life. This is our final warning to the authorities. Our tongue is dry screaming this fact out loud here, and if they don’t act, we won’t accept any blame as responsible citizens.
The Nike Dunk High Supreme is a supreme sample of beauty that has the power to excite and inspire sneaker lovers everywhere with its wonderful form and colorways. Once we display this pair under the neon lights of creativity, all we can do is gasping with amazement at the wonderful success of the concept created by its designers. It is the style and power of these sneakers that scintillates in the darkness of mediocrity so hateful to sneakerlovers everywhere.

What can be said about the incredible allure of this beautiful pair that can easily contest the legendary charms of a Snow White or Cleopatra? How can we properly praise the stellar harmony of this design? All that we will do is offering these pictures to you, and we know already that the magnificence so evident in these beauties will turn you devotees instantly.
KickerBockerGlory posted these crazy but cool Nike Dunk customs to the Facebook page linked here at the end of March. The British sneaker artist has been hard at work on a new crop of customs and posted some of his finest work to his new Facebook page. The custom Dunks featured here were left unnamed but I called these customs the Wild Side Nike Dunks for obvious reasons.

The middle panel and heel tag feature a brown/black leopard print that contrasts greatly from the simpler patterns used elsewhere. The toe is painted blue and the heel wrap and eyelets are green, framing the leopard print in basic hues. KickerBockerGlory matched the shoe laces and Nike swooshes to the yellow soles on these Dunks.

I love the juxtaposition of simple and complex on the Wild Side Nike Dunks. KickerBockerGlory shows once again that he is willing to play around design elements before bringing these parts together for great sneaker art.

Cheap and free shipping Nike Dunk Low – Black – White – Fall 2009

Cheap and free shipping Nike Dunk Low – Black – White – Fall 2009
This perforated black-white version of the Nike Dunk is nothing less than a firestorm sweeping the world of fashion. The excellence of the design is nothing short of mind-boggling, and the style and beauty of the concept quickly plucks out the tongues of those who would contest supremacy of Nike.

Oh yes! This is power, beauty, and attraction coming together like they do in one of the top models of our time, such as Giselle Bundchen, or Heidi Klum. No doubt, if the fashion designers had seen this Nike Dunk Low, those ladies would quickly lose their chances of appearing on the podiums. Who in his sane mind would want exchange a perforated Nike Dunk Low for a Giselle Bundchen, for instance?

Well we would not. And we’re certain that no prudent, sensible person in the world would either. That’s why we suggest that you keep your pairs under lock and key at all times, to avoid jealous eyes from harming them.
Even though the title says fall they should make it into stores just in time for summer. Both of the shoes in the pack have an all white patent leather upper. The difference maker is the midsole. One pair has a red midsole and tongue tab returning to white for the outsole, while the second pair uses green as the secondary color but has a black outsole. Rumor has it there are two more shoes in the pack but until info surfaces it we’ll that a rumor. The Dunk Low Patent Leather Pack is set to release at all Nike Sportswear retailers in the upcoming weeks.
The legendary Air Jordan XII is back with all its power and glory, overtaking sneakerheads with a sudden storm of black lightning and burning ice due due to the unexpected nature of its release. The original was an exceptionally popular design by itself, and now, with the arival of this perfect rebirth, the legend is living again.

The black suede upper is a redefinition of the term luxury, and we wouldn’t expect it to be fe\tured on a design as powerful as this one consequently. However, the masters of Nike know what they do, and the skill and talent evident in their designs makes even such an unusual combination in instant success.
Glasgow’s Kim Maling is the mind behind Qustom Queen Sneaker Artwork, which has grown into an international sensation. Qustom Queen was honored at the UK Urban Fashion Awards as the Best Customizing Designer and has created great customs for clients worldwide including Memphis Bleek and Jay-Z. The Wall of Skulls Nike Dunks were posted to the Qustom Queen Facebook page linked here recently.

The Wall of Skulls Nike Dunks seem like a sophisticated sneaker with few surprises when you just look at the toe box. The black toe box, rich brown toe and gold middle panel look great together but hide the surprise lurking on the heel wrap. Qustom Queen used her considerable design skills to create a heel wrap consisting entirely of golden skulls.

The Wall of Skulls Dunks might be defined by its golden skulls but the designer brought the whole package to this project. Instead of a one-note custom that leans heavily on a gimmick, the Wall of Skulls Dunks are consistently stylish from toe to heel.
