While other brands look to Mexico and Native American’s heritage for inspiration, adidas and Jeremy Scott found theirs in Africa. The new adiads Nizza Obyo collection by JS is another testament to his talent for originality and desire to come up with collection that are not only unexpected but also endearing. Inspired by the native African cloth Kenta’s pattern, Scott also included a rough outline of the world map in the side and back panels of the upper. Contrasted by black laces and black rubber sole, this is an inspiring collection to have. It not only presented the uniqueness of Scott’s vision, it also proposes a rather global approach to shoe design and patterns.
Competition is a given in any business and the sneaker business is no exception. When a competitor comes up with a new collection, you have to come up with yours too. Or better yet, anticipate it. At the end of the day, sneaker fans and consumers win. These past days, brands have been releasing or making an announcement/preview of their fall/winter collection. I personally love the red L.A trainer because it comes within electrifying red color with Blue accents on the shoe’s side panel and toe cap section. It also has a contrasting color on its rubber sole. For red design I am eyeing, the rubber sole comes in white.
It has a very comfortable material and classy design. I always fall in love with sneakers that have two contrasting colorway, simple, and looks comfy in the feet. If you are looking for these characteristics in a shoe, Adidas Consortium new design is definitely a must buy for you this October.
